VIDEOSTAR. Excelency in quality and efficiency in timing. . The VIDEOSTAR's Director and Executive Producer is Percy Matas. After studying in Paris 8 University and working as a filmmaker in France and Spain, he starts VIDEOSTAR in 1993. Before, in Europe, in 1974, he co-produced a film by Raúl Ruiz and in 1975 he directs "THE TRANSPLANTED". This film was invited to over 8 Film Festivals, won th Prix Spécial du Jury at the Thonon-les-Bains International Film Festival and was selected for th Prix de l'Age d'Or of the Royal Begium's Cinémathèque.. Back in Chile, he produces & directs many corporates for VIDEOSTAR, as well as product & government documentaries, mainly on mining, tourism & environment. In 2009 he directs "THE HAWTHORNE SYNDROME" an environmental documentary about Santiago's Ecologic Community that was invited to the 2010 DIFF (Digital International Film Festival) in Viña del Mar, Chile.
