I have over 30 years business experience and currently own my own training company, employing 19 staff members who are all diverse. I am an experienced bid writer and have completed over 50 successful tenders for government, local authority and commercial contracts. I write policies and procedures to meet the external requirements and produce business reports and updates. I have lots of research and writing experience as well as creating training materials, presentations and resources to meet industry needs. My area of expertise is quality assurance and ensuring that the business processes are being followed.
