Richard is a leading career coach, cultural dynamics expert and corporate / business coach. Having worked on a global scale, clients include CEO’s and professional leaders of large conglomerates, startup entrepreneurs, public sector and private sector professionals and highly talented and skilled post and under graduates. His career spans over 15 years in strategic human resources and organizational development and strategy, coaching and career transformation. He founded careerships with his business partners to seek to help individuals reach their fulfiment through their careers, seeking their potential and having a positive impact on the lives of those around them. He is an MBA graduate supported by a LLB in Law and Management and was appointed one of the youngest Fellows of the CIPD in history at the age of 28 before moving to work internationally outside of the UK to develop organisaions in other cultures.
