I’m skilled in reading and understanding the tone of a project, in finding its voice and how it should come across to the reader. I understand about working to time constraints, working to briefs and writing easy to read, eye catching and concise copy. I have experience in writing copy for websites ranging from reviews, front page blurb to whole page layouts. I’ve also written monthly internal and external newsletters, staff biographies and publicity material. Recent work includes: advertorial content for a luxury beauty salon, Spanish to English translation mistakes and property descriptions for an online portal. Quickly understanding and honing in on the tone of a project is something I believe I have a particular skill for. Forming a solid plan of action to get your requirements achieved and your tone across is a priority. Every job is different with it’s own unique style, angle and approach. Keeping it interesting while informing your readers is the most important part of my job.
