With more than 15 years as a VA I have gathered and honed a variety of skills and experience. I am efficient at customer service, data capturing, preparing agenda's for meetings, taking minutes, liaising with staff, and many other general office duties.
I also have experience in basic book keeping, proof reading, transcription and the planning, and implementation of processes. I have written many SOP's for the last company I worked for.
