I am a strong self-starter with an emphasis on quality work. I have strong interpersonal and general communicative skills, as well as a great work-ethic, meaning I will do what it takes to deliver or complete any tasks in a complete and satisfactory way. I have experience in both the Customer Service and Internet Technology (IT) fields, specifically, four (4) years in Customer Service and three (3) years in Internet Technology. My IT experience is also complimented by my ongoing higher education, in which I am on-track to obtain a Masters in Cyber Operations. I also have experience in management and executive-assistant roles as well. With this experience I have lead a Platform Development team and a Customer Care team. Finally I have also assisted in the development and implementation of corporate policy for a previous client, in terms of screening and hiring of applicants. Finally, I am a native English speaker with an intermediate comprehensions of German language, both written and spoken and an ongoing refinement of my Spanish and Japanese language skills, both of which are at the basic levels for the moment.
