I have over 20 years of experience designing and developing training materials for a global corporation. I have created engaging and productive ILT courses for end-users, supervisors, and managers. I apply the ADDIE process to ensure that business goals and objectives are incorporated into the materials. I also apply adult learning theories to build appropriate sequences and flows of the content throughout the course.
