I am an electronic engineer and native Spanish-speaker with more than 5 years of experience in the translation, from English to Spanish, of technical engineering documents (user manuals, application notes, etc.) and content ranging from science and technology talks to interviews, music lessons, and sports news and articles. I am adept at translating meaning and not just words, which can happen even with professional translations, and avoiding the awkwardness and wordiness that comes from doing so. Much of my experience has been working for clients in the industrial field, translating technical documents to ensure the maintenance and service work is carried out properly, and working and volunteering as a subtitler and translator for TED.com, Justinguitar.com and the Amara on Demand Team in Amara.org. My main goal, which has become a passion for me, is help clients share information and ideas with a wider audience effectively. I will make the best use of my experience to offer you translations of the highest quality to help you reach your goals.
