I have been in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry in the Philippines for more than a decade, combined with three (3) years home-base experience. I've specifically worked with international clients both as an inbound and outbound call center agent. The industry became my consistent growth generating driver, professionally and personally. My professional experience has made me customer/client focused, which enables me to develop and sustain good relationship with clients. Likewise, I possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. I am proactive which means that I am action-oriented and in turn, I can employ effective and efficient solutions. I am a risk taker who is mindful of my responsibilities to the company I work for. Every time I begin with a new company or work, I dare the difference BUT without risking not to please the clientele. Worthy to note also is my openness to innovations. I would always demonstrate my willingness to learn and to excel.
