I've been with the BPO industry for almost 10 years. I started as a Data Analyst where I answered queries from different doctors and insured health members via email. After a couple of months, I was promoted as a Trainer where I supported all New Hires and do product training and all other training related concerns. Being the most experienced Trainer in our Project, I was then promoted to Training Lead where I supervised and coached Trainers.
