I have been in the call center industry for 5 years. I have done the following roles during my 5 years as an agent: -Technical Support (for AT&T) -Customer Support Representative (Beckett - US Company) -Outbound Sales Representative (Beckett and Author Solutions) -Marketing Consultant (Author Solutions) I have been working online for 3 years now. I have been doing freelance and contractual jobs as a virtual assistant. I am well versed with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint. I have used tools like Zendesk and outlook for email support. I also have experiences using different kinds of diallers like i3 and zoipim. I have also used CRMs like Salesforce and CRM itself. I am a pretty fast learner since I love to discover new things that are new to me. I am time conscious and I make sure that my job is of excellent liking to my clients. I have a very flexible time so I can start anytime. I want a long term job if given the chance.
