Instructions on where to send your script will be included on your invoice. Please contact us if you are having difficulties finding this information. Please proofread your script before sending it. All scripts will be recorded in their original form. In some situations, we will inform you of small concerns that need to be addressed and will correct them at no cost to you. We will proceed with the order if we are unable to reach someone to approve revisions within 24 hours.
WHEN WILL MY VOICE RECORDING BE DELIVERED?
For smaller requests, our standard delivery time is 3-5 days. The cost of a project as well as the time it will take to finish it will be included on your invoice. You can pick rush delivery for an additional charge.
HOW DO I CHOOSE A VOICE FOR MY PROJECT?
Please specify whether you want a male or female voice. Give us specifics about how you want your voice to sound. Our team of professionals will find the ideal voice for your project. Don't worry if you don't like the voice we chose for your project; we'll provide you alternatives until we find the ideal one.
HOW DO I UPLOAD MY VOICEMAIL GREETINGS?

WHAT IF I NEED TO EDIT MY RECORDING?
It's not a problem. If you need to make modifications to your script while your order is being processed, we will make the appropriate adjustments. There is a small fee for sending you a corrected version of your order after it has been processed and delivered.
