All pre-designed layouts are custom built by me for other companies. When someone orders a custom web site from me I will design several layouts (3-7) from scratch for each customer. They pick one and the rest of the layouts sit unused on my computer. Since they are all quality layouts, I decided to market them at a discounted rate for those not looking to spend too much on a web site. When you choose a pre-designed layout I will change the color scheme to your liking and modify the graphics to fit.Delivery Time:21 Day(s)
