Was commissioned in the Indian Army directly as an Officer. After 24 years of service sought premature retirement and then took up to teaching management course. I have done MBA in marketing and HR. I have also submitted my thesis in the field of Management and awaiting viva.My topic for the thesis is" Factors that affect the employ ability skills of management students from B Schools with special reference to Coimbatore.I train students in personality and soft skill development . My strength is to stay updated with the latest development ,especially in the field of academics.I am passionate towards developing the skills of students and motivating them to be good citizens. I also invest in stocks and shares.Honesty and being frank add up to my strength
