I am experienced in designing and implementing development interventions in the areas of Disaster Risk Management, Education, Health and Youth Development. Have excellent writing, presentation and communications skills and highly skilled at relationship building and networking with stakeholders across organizations. I have managed and implemented multiple projects and assignments funded by USAID, UNHCR, Australian High Commission and the National Disaster Management Authority, most notably implementation and management of Glacier Lake Outburst Flood (GLOF) project focusing on community resilience, Study for assessing early and forced marriages in pre and post disaster situations; Scholarship award and management program for refugees; and Human rights sensitization campaign. Strong academic knowledge of Project Management and practical experience of non-profit sector has enabled me to have strong grasp in report writing, planning, management, resource allocation, research, M&E and coordination with line-departments.
