Program / Project Management Consultant

PROFESSIONAL PROFILE • Program / Project Management Professional, fully utilizing strong customer service attitude, exceptional organizational ability, and communication skills. • Certified Project Management Professional & Agile Certified Practitioner, having strong background in IT Programs / Projects Management (10+ Years of experience), having total IT Industry experience of 19 years (Including 2.5 years of International experience at USA and Belgium). Apart from this, 4.5 years of Non-IT experience previously. • Having extensive experience in delivering Global programs/projects in onsite/offshore model, end to end from initiation to closure, handled up to a team size of 30 FTE. • Translated the Business strategic objectives into high-level project scope statements. • Monitor the business environment, project functionality requirements and benefits realization. • Developed project charter in order to initiate and design project and benefits. • Conducted project kick-off with key stakeholders. • Stakeholder Management & Analysis: Negotiate the support of stakeholders for the project while setting clear expectations and acceptance. • Develop program and project management standards and structure (governance, tools, finance, and reporting). • Established the project management plan and schedule. Developed a high-level milestone plan and preliminary estimates. Developed project WBS. • Chartered and initiated constituent teams by assigning team Leads and allocating appropriate resources. • Established the accountability matrix, escalation policies and procedures. • Team Leads Review. • Lead human resource functions by training, coaching, mentoring, and recognizing the team. • Managed virtual/multicultural/remote/global teams. • Controlled project level issues (human resource management, financial, technology, scheduling). • Managed changes in accordance with the change management plan. • Conducted impact assessments for project changes and recommend decisions. • Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to monitor benefits throughout the project life cycle. • Analyze variances and trends in costs, schedule, quality, and risks by comparing actual to planned values. • Familiar towards presenting weekly/monthly reports on performance as requested by Senior Management and interact with them to develop and present matters requiring their attention & decision. • Risk Management throughout the project life cycle with project risk management plan.
