I am working on cognos BI tools having very good concepts over Cognos BI tools currently i am doing the following: • Converting the existing reports into active reports.• Gathering and analyzing business requirements from different departments to create new and modify the existing cognos reports.• Creating/modifying the groups/users in cognos portal and applying the permissions on users/groups• Creating new list, crosstabs and chart reports in report studio.• Writing queries to get ad-hoc data using toad in oracle database.• Creating the DMR and publishing the cubes in cognos transformer.• Generated Complex reports in Cognos 10.1 report studio including Drill Down reports from DMR modeled Frame work model. • Working on creating dashboard in cognos Insight to show all the KPI’s to our Finance and Customer care departments.
