I have written applications for count users traffic on my ISP. They use netflow, ip firewall data and snmp for collecting data about user's traffic. Last application is more complex, it is written on C++, it can use any traffic collector because it consists modules with universal interface. Modules connect with each others with hooks. Modules is dinamically loaded during startup. Information about modules and hooks is in config file(s). Application is thread safe. For parse configuration file I use my own library. Config syntax is like C++. This is my public project on C++. Library use flex and bison for create parser and can be used under any UNIXes and Windows. And now I use this library in many application on C++. I have created some modules for freeradius for authorizing and accounting users of my ISP. I have written them on C++ and C. I have written HTML interface on PHP for billing system. In fact it is large engine with grants for users and other features.
