Responsible for the analysis, design, coding and implementation of an online Help Desk system using Visual Studio C#.NET with ADO.NET and SQL Server 2000. Functioned as lead developer in a team that consisted of two others who worked full-time on the project as well as an additional two others who worked part-time. Previously worked on debugging and enhancing a Java/JSP and Oracle version of the aforementioned Help Desk system. Responsibilities included designing and coding new Java/JSP and PL/SQL modules, as well as Oracle Database Administration.
