Have decided to pursue a freelance career.  My greatest expertise is SQL Server Architecture and optimization and I'm an accomplished .NET developer as well.  Highlight of career has been the recent ground-up construction of a heavily used, thoroughly secured media asset management (MAM) system for Disney Studios. Working as sole DBA on a three person team (definitely under-staffed), we developed a highly available and scalable system that stores TBs of video, images, documents and other multi-media and has become a mission critical operation. The systems complex security and real-time search systems have been developed completely in house and has also been modified over the last two years to become not only a archive/retrieve system but a procurement app, a custom CRM app, with an integrated custom project management system along the same level of complexity
