Primarily an MS Access guru, Mr. Martin has been a database developer/programmer for nearly nine years. He has worked for highly regarded government contractors on very prestige's contracts. On his last contract he was the sole full-time contractor on site for five years and has converted over to a consulting employee for the past two years. His experience does not lie in one area. His work often requires the use of multiple skill-sets: application/database development, GIS analysis, 3D modeling, Web-development, data analysis and design to name a few.
