Healthcare Integrated Systems/EES project : Lead a team of developers tasked with completing the development of an N-tier web based Benefits Eligibility and Enrollment system for a National organization's Board of Pensions. Utilized Visual Studio.NET, .NET technologies and Object Oriented Design and Programming to resolve outstanding issues, add new functionality and re-engineer portions of the system. Utilized ASP.NET, HTML, and JavaScript to develop the presentation tier. Utilized VB.NET to develop the business tier, encapsulating and enforcing business rules which system relied heavily on to determine eligibility for members, their spouses and children.
