I started out as a client server applications programmer and moved quickly to become a Software Engineering Manager. I have extensive experience gathering business requirements, doing systems analysis, detailed design, coding, testing, configuration management and managing programmers. I have also engaged with vendors domestic and overseas with experience negotiating contract terms. MIT masters graduate. My strength is my ability to use agile methodology and quickly come up with a working automated or process solution at a modest budget.
