    Luke did a great job even though I threw a lot of changes at him. I wouldn't hesitate one bit to hire him. I had a lot of Off-Shore / Foreign firms bid but Luke's bid was as competitive as those firms and I liked that he worked in the same Time Zone . I have worked with overseas firms before but the time change,etc. really makes the process so much more time consuming and it was great to hire someone from the US that I could talk to several times a day.
