I have always enjoyed working closely with customers and prospects and have had the opportunity to do so in a variety of diverse roles including pre-sales, training, customer support and engineering. During my career, I’ve acted as a lead customer services engineer, attaining a >90% maintenance renewal rate, contributed to design, implementation and support of an integration engine which generated over 5 million in annual revenue and support contracts, engaged in proof-of-concept and pilot programs at customers sites securing over 1 million in revenue, acted as a release manager for many releases all of which were delivered on time and created and delivered many training programs. In my last position, I became the first engineer to be rewarded with an Outstanding Contribution to Sales award, for my efforts in not only securing contract renewals, but also winning new sales.
