    Bala was awesome at reading through the spec, asking the right questions to get moving quickly, and then delivering on time. His skills for my project included, VB Script, SQL, .ASP. He was able to dig though existing code and edit as appropriate and to pin point areas for improvement and areas of the code that would fail.
