Created a call rating application that processed raw call information from switches, found assigned calling plan in billing system, and applied the correct rate to calls (Access & VB) Created VB app to filter all billable calls from raw call files from switches using VB and SQL Server. Applied business rules through VB based on specifications from finance department of company. Coordinated the development of the company intranet site to facilitate the inter-departmental communication within the company.
