My background is predominantly in Product Design and Development, specifically relating to hardware, software and test engineering. Additionally, I have significant experience managing departments that are responsible for developing production ready products. I have demonstrated this ability, many times, maintaining a high level of success.
As a manager my duties have included: starting up operations, growing and rebuilding organizations, managing departments day to day while continuously improving productivity and morale. My organizational responsibilities included functions such as; firmware, software and test tool development; component, integration and system test; technical documentation; and project management.
I have technical experiences that include: Software Development (all levels, many systems), System Design (planning, specification, etc.), System Test and Documentation.
Additionally, as an independent consultant, I have performed in roles that include: Tech
