With my current full time employeement, I have served in the role of project manager and lead systems architect for eBay (Live auctions), a Compaq computer startup, a 1/2 terebyte data warehouse for a large department store retailer, a Java and J2EE trainer for a fortune 500 retail company and in the same role for one of the largest insurance companies in the world, and designed and built the general technical services architecture to run $15B of sales traffic through the e-commerce sites of one of the world's largest distributors. Now that my role in my current occupation is primarily management and business development, I take on small projects that don't compete with my company's line of business such that I can stay sharp technically.
