I have been involved with SQL Server for many years (since 1995) and I really enjoy my work and the level to which I have advanced my skill set over time. I have functioned well as an individual contributor or team leader, working hard on my own to deliver projects on time and with a high quality. I have also been a manager of large groups of individuals and own my own company. I have prided myself in my career in constantly growing and learning my technical craft. I am a very hard worker who receives a great deal of satisfaction when a quality product is delivered that exceeds your expectations. I have served in just about every role on a project team; I deliberately did this, so that I have perspective on what each member of a software team does.
