Program/project management leadership

I offer the following professional services in part or as a whole:

• Remote mentoring, coaching and guiding project managers and/or business analysts especially on complex and/or troubled projects; 
• Reviewing and refining project schedules/plans, establishing risk mitigation plans, refining other project artifacts like business requirements documents
• Supporting the development of a Project Management Office (PMO); this includes creating/refining waterfall, agile or hybrid methodologies, creating/refining project templates, establishing project governance processes, setting up project request and prioritization processes, etc.
• Direct program/project management of key initiatives
