• I have an experience of Implementing new IT projects which include conducting a marketing study and preparing budget plan. In addition to that presenting the new project in front of Manager. After an approval given by higher authority , my task is to Implement project team by hiring new staffs by mass campaigning through news papers, job magazines. Before starting the projects, Mostly provide online and offline training to the new staffs. Furthermore, monitoring the staff’s activities by customizing the employee management system software. • I had conducted mega job fair with HP, Tech Mahindra and Infosys for the course completed engineering students on behalf of the special request from Bigleap’s Manager in Northern and Sothern region of Kerala. In additional to this implemented skill based free training program at different colleges especially engineering colleges across Kerala. • In my lecture time ,I engage in some research on the basic of new technologies and implementing some prototype devices based on the IoT. For instance , I have implemented an IoT device by installing web server on raspeberry pi and connected to internet using LAN Networking and programming the pi by python and run the file through PHP code which is implemented in web server . so, these client systems • Similarly I have enrolled in a team of developers those who focus on Artificial Intelligence based design as well as Block Chain Algorithm based projects. In this session, I have gone through the classification algorithm which transfer the data through the artificial neural network(ANN) to the end of corresponding block chain.
