As part of the Innovation Team, worked closely with CEO and COO in implementing various operational improvement projects such as a web-based text messaging system for centralized communication with field staff, and a web-based time schedule system to maximize employee availability to serve clients. Transformed a laborious paper record keeping process into an efficient electronic process, thus saving approximately $200,000 a year in labor costs. Designed, tested, and implemented web and mobile device applications utilizing Agile methodology to reduce 95% of paper usage by 3,000 field staff.
