Pembuatan BOQ/RAB pekerjaan pembangunan rumah/perumahan, gedung tingkat, infrastruktur, dsb. Dalam paket pekerjaan sudah termasuk:
- RAB
- Rekap
- Kurva S (jika diberitahukan kapan lamanya pekerjaan)
- AHSP (sesuai SNI)
Keterangan lainnya:
- Akan lebih baik apabila Anda menyertakan Shop drawing utk mempermudah pengerjaan estimasi biaya proyek.
- Harga tertera adalah untuk luasan bangunan dan/atau luasan tanah maksimal 500 m2 dan maksimal 5 lantai dengan maksimal pengerjaan 7 hari.
- Tidak menerima pekerjaan perencanaan struktur (SAP, Etabs, dll)
- Jika mengerjakan pekerjaan CCO (Contract Change of Order), harap menyertakan detail-detail yang dibutuhkan.

1. BOQ
2. Recap
3. S Curve (if the duration of the work is stated)
4. AHSP (according to the standards)
Other information:
- It would be better if you include a Shop drawing to make it easier to estimate the project cost.
- The price listed is for a building area and/or land area of a maximum of 500 m2 and a maximum of 5 floors with a maximum of 7 days of work.
- We do not accept structural planning work (SAP, Etabs, etc.)
- If you need the working of CCO (Contract Change of Order), please include the required details.
