I am a former operations manager working with the military with a lot of experience in leading teams to complete short term and long term projects. I can assist in building efficiencies into a team and eliminating waste to streamline processes. My experiences also include over a decade of work within the health and wellness field to include strength and conditioning as well as physical rehabilitation. I can research and write much on these topics through scholarly journals as well as from my own experience. I can also help with the business end of the fitness industry to help gyms and digital fitness companies gain more clients. Also, in my job experience is that of a real estate investor. I can speak on the different methods of locating, negotiating, rehabbing, and renting residential properties. Keeping track of my bookkeeping has been paramount in that business and I can help out with that as well if needed. Finally, I am knowledgeable in the advanced functions of Microsoft Excel for any data entry and spreadsheet needs. I can build interactive spreadsheet that can be manipulated by the user to display certain desired information as well as automate calculations and inputs.
