I have worked as a Senior Administration for over 12 years. This experience includes support, client servicing and general administration. I have a Business degree and I have recently completed a Project Management Course. I have been working remotely for over 2 years.
I am employed at a financial services in a senior administration/project coordination role where I have worked for 10 years. Our team have worked remotely for the last 2 years. I was involved in helping with the set-up of the business when I moved with my boss from Netto Invest. The bulk of my work is client servicing, support, dealing with servicing companies and managing tasks. I deal with servicing new and existing clients, managing project tasks and various administration tasks, as needed. I need to ensure a high level of confidentiality at all times as I deal with clients and their sensitive information. All client queries and tasks need to be completed efficiently and to a high standard. I assist with client onboarding, organising meetings and events, process improvement and updating the training manual, assisting the financial planners, client queries, new business, meeting preparation, general reporting, client reporting and task progress, working through project tasks, preparing required documentation, updating the client database, problem solving, general administration and compliance. I need to always ensure that no balls are dropped and that I am top of all of my tasks and projects.
