Project Management and development of proposals for civil engineering projects ranging from commercial, municipal to industrial and from small private to large government projects. Services to include coordination and management of projects from feasibility/design phase through construction phase for a wide variety of coastal infrastructure projects. Common projects included earthen levees, wharfs, drainage pumping stations, sewerage and water line work, movable flood gates, movable single-leaf Bridges, road work and similar infrastructures. Specific services include preliminary analyses and studies, as well as the review of prepared design computations, plans, construction drawings as well as development of specifications, reports and construction documents. Services also include checking of design work completed by others, coordination of civil and non-civil designs on multi-discipline projects, as well as resolution of design issues that may include performing field investigations. During construction phase, services provided to include tracking of schedule and budget, technical oversight, coordination with contractors/subcontractors, and quality control.
