I am an experienced professional project manager (PMP certified since 2010), I help small businesses or entrepreneurs get their product or service idea off the ground. My background is in engineering project management and commercialization of new products for a large multinational company.

As an engineering project manager my experience is in scope definition, budgeting, cost control, stake holder communication, risk mitigation, technical design, managing the design team and execution and startup.

As an operations manager I lead multifunctional teams including marketing, finance, consumer insights, IT, R&D, engineering and supply chain to develop and launch new products.  This includes development and refinement of the business model, prioritization among multiple projects, management of the commercialization process and production strategy for launch of new products or introduction of existing products to new markets.

I speak French fluently and have extensive experience working in a multicultural international environment. My passion is project management and I enjoy managing broad cross-functional teams.
