I've been consulting since 2001, performing gap analysis, business analysis, and assessing corporate readiness for enterprise-wide implementations. I have worked on several large contracts, such as a national POS roll out for Mazda dealerships, replacing the banking platform for Wamu, and implementing an invoicing web application for OC Register, bringing best practices learned from managing projects for Fortune 500 companies, imparted in the same manner as my teaching the BS IT and AS IT students project management course (BUS1110). I will bring an objective eye to your project process, able to highlight areas of improvement, draw a road map for completion, and alert to common pitfalls. I can also assist smaller companies who can benefit from my experience working in larger and more complex environments, using a streamlined version of project management, useful for most small and medium sized projects. I can also provide a slimmed down version of PMI training, similar to what I taught at Stanbridge College and help you study for CompTIA Project+ certification.
