Preparation of Project Integrated Detail & Master Schedules using Primavera P6. • Preparation of Procurement Schedules for Local & Imported Process & non Process Equipments with the help of client’s Supply Chain, Engineering & Validation Department. • Efficiently prepare and integrate inter-discipline trades on construction projects in coordination with construction managers and field engineers. • Review & contribute to Project Cost Report & Project Change Bulletin. • Planning with project manager, construction manager and consultants, the goals to be achieved and scheming how to drive all parties to the same direction. • Review and assess the project schedule submitted by Civil & MEP contractors such as work sequencing, resource allocations, and methods for determining activity durations within assigned disciplines or specialties. • Identify, analyze and monitor schedule deviations for assigned disciplines and recommends corrective action/work-around solutions for project considerations. • Review contractor’s payment certificates, and prepare the overall payment certificate based on primavera. • Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; • Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions. • Generation of Detailed Site Monitoring Sheet Planned vs. Actual. • Performing Delay Impact analysis & get the client approval of an EOT due to design changes. • Review & contribute to daily, weekly, and Monthly progress reports including demonstration of project progress through presentations to client and the top management. • Identify and report activities that have a critical or potential impact on the schedule including commentary on forecasts, risks, cost overruns and other issues.
