Listen and Learn; Be an Empathic Observer; Understand People I create systems. Everything is a system. They can be created for marketers and doctors as well as for machines like cars and airplanes. I am not the stereotypical engineer with my head buried in a computer and pens lining my pocket protector. A good systems engineer can conceive agile, flexible, disciplined lean methods and techniques to describe any system you need built and devise a project management strategy My philosophy is simple - to be a successful project manager, you have to see beyond the project you are working on and understand how it fits into the big picture. My method is simple and clean as well...I apply common sense and best practices that have existed for centuries. There is nothing to reinvent. Technology is enabling new methods of doing things the smart way. Embrace it. Apply that knowledge with discipline and rigor to innovate an improved set of best practices and processes to implement it. Update and refresh at the speed of technology. My career and my education before that have taken me many places and into many different situations, but what has always remained consistent is my ability to manage and/or engineer any task given in a professional and reliable way. My process of attacking any new job is always the same.. I use my expertise as an excellent systems engineer and a successful practicing project management professional to complete a job on time, on budget and stress-free. One thing you can count on from me is I get things done. That's my mandate and I will not take on any job without knowing the end result first. I earned my knowledge by first doing then strengthened it with the practical and theoretical potency of education. Thus, I’m driven to get things done with superior results. I’ve had many different lives within my time in the workforce that chronologically matured my skills effectively. Specialtie
