I took up BS Nursing. I am an undergrad and started my journey in the BPO industry (Sitel Baguio). I started as an associate or an entry level 1 year and 7 months. I supported a medical insurance account based in the US, Newark New Jersey , and handled claims and benefits

I got into an apprenticeship program and acted as a Coach or a Team Lead for 10 months. In Sitel, I have to finish courses and pass or get certified by a panel prior to getting a promotion. I got certified and worked as a coach or team lead for 6 years and 1 month.

After Sitel, I worked with Alorica as a team manager for 2 years and 5 months. My role and responsibilities are just the same as a coach when I was with Sitel. My major responsibility is to get the best performance from my team. I provide the team with strong direction, effective feedback, training, and support to lead them to success.

I was recommended by our human resources manager to apply for the Talent Acquisition – Strategic Sourcing & Recruitment Supervisor and got the post. I worked in the recruitment field for 1 year and 9 months. I supervised the activities of the employment department. I oversee a company's recruiting programs, policies, and procedures to develop and utilize various sources of potential applicants to fulfill staffing needs. I managed procurement and sourcing policies and activities, including overseeing specific contracts.

Lastly, after Alorica, I am currently studying in PUP - Open University System Undergrad Programs taking Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management (BSBAHRM) and is currently working in Accenture Inc. as a Mobilization Specialist. I started working with Accenture Inc. on May 10, 2021. I work across clients to provide support during solution realization and service transition activities by contributing specialized knowledge and experience. Execute and track issue identification and resolution and customer relationship maintenance of identified work streams.
