Industrial system project management (HW+SW)

Project leader role with deep understanding of system engineering and strong experience in various industrial domains (Energy, Transport, Avionics, Digital services, Investigation). This project management involves technical, administrative and strategic handling to allows perfect control of your projects variables : Quality, Time, Delay and Risks.

Deliverables may be generated on a daily (SCRUM), weekly or monthly depending on your needs and involve complete coverage of predetermined KPIs. On the management side I provide good orchestration of the actors involved and create a good working ambience amongst the team thanks to my social and personal skills.
