In my 9+ years of IT expertise I have 3+ years of Project Management Experience. I have managed several projects based on agile and waterfall methodology. As a project manager I will do following task: - Monitor and control contractual requirements of assigned projects ensuring that key field and support staff positions are adequate and perform in accordance with required assignments and deadlines. - Monitor and control financial aspects of project contracts including materials purchasing, Change Order initiation and implementation, cost to complete analysis, income and expenses, labor, etc. to ensure projects remain within established budget. Protect the company's interest. - Develop, monitor, and control project objectives, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of Company policy. - Prioritize tasks based on relative importance and urgency and identify dependencies across projects. Recognize and act decisively in urgent matters; make tough decisions which may influence the direction of the project. Direct and execute creative analytic approaches/ create new or adapt existing analytical methods and tools to solve problems. - Motivating everyone to remain focused on reaching the goal. - Weekly meeting with team to discuss the progress - Weekly meeting with Dev Lead to discuss the strategies - Managing issues and handling the escalations - Help the Dev lead in Resolving issues to keep the project moving - Ensure the team follows a proper process for a smooth delivery - Ensure everyone has equal commitment towards attaining Quality - Coach/Train the team as and when required
