1) Assist in defining project scope and deliverables including assessing needs, setting goals and objectives. 2) Estimating project resources and timelines. Developing and maintaining project schedules. 3) Undertake detailed planning and monitoring activities throughout the project lifecycle. 4) Verify and analyze the accuracy of all data and information used or generated by sales or marketing project; resolve any discrepancies or problems. 5) Coordinate and attend meetings; establish and maintain internal and external contacts as necessary. 6) Ensure all relevant sales or marketing project details and updates are communicated to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. 7) Provide advice to participants; serves as a liaison; acts as a resource by performing research, analyzing information, providing documentation, and preparing reports. 8) Monitor record keeping and file maintenance for the program or project. Serve as liaison for the department; coordinates activities and exchanges information. 9) Tracking the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades.
