I am an IT professional with over 18 years of experience. I am busy these days driving organization strategy initiatives and helping stakeholders realize there business goals and targets.

My key experience has been in team building and product development by deploying my strong leadership and delivery skills.

Since the very beginning of my career as a software developer my interest has been to solve complex business problems and I have been fortunate to be part of various projects where I have applied by strong analytical and problem solving skills. 

After successful years being a hands on technical person I moved towards leadership and organization building roles where I still get to solve complex problems but from a more business and organization perspective.

I love to collaborate with teams on exciting challenges and coming up with out of box solutions gives me a high.I am a daydreamer and strongly believe that every problem has a solution.
