I am a Certified project manager who is result-oriented and has demonstrated success in optimizing operational excellence and cost reduction through timely delivery of projects.  

With 8 Years of experience in program and project management, I have deepened my skills to enable me to deliver successful projects within the agreed scope, on time, and within the budget.

I have excelled in creating a good rapport with the team and project stakeholders, which generates a good working atmosphere, my democratic leadership style, and empathy while working with the project team enable the team to feel motivated to air their successes and challenges collaboratively. In all my assignments I do take full commitment toward project delivery from initiation to closure and can be relied upon to deliver value to the organization
