Has developed training materials and trained more than 1,000 people of quality program and tools related to six sigma. Coached to completion (directly and indirectly) more than 40 projects. My strength is in my ability to customize and develop training material to suit the business needs. My work experience in maufacturing and telecommunication will enrich my material flow and contents. Trainer's guide will be part of the content of the project to enable the trainer to pass the message and ingrain the knowledge to the participants.
