I have been in a Project Management role for an IT company for more than 5 years. And as a member of Project Management Institute or PMI, and being Project Management Professional (PMP) certified , I observe the standards and techniques defined by the organization which are proven to increase the project's success rate. I can define and implement necessary processes to make sure that our deliverable will be on high quality and within the prescribed target dates. There are scenarios where I also perform tasks of a Product Manager. I analyze the needs of the client, determine and propose the best solutions, and ensure a successful implementation.
