Working with project managers in a daily basis and talking to them 6-8 hours have given me enough skill how to manage a team of developers, media team, instructional designers anf work with scheduling, resourcing and forecasting. As a technical lead, I work closely to the project managers regarding timelines and development effort. With the use of several tools like, Microsoft Office 365, Global Learning Services Sharepoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Powerpoint not to mention online meeting via Lync/Skype Business, we are able to manage project plans and resourcing accurately. As of now, I have 5 multimedia & elearning developers under my team and 1 virtual instructor led trainor reporting under my team.But in the near future, possibly May, I will have a project manager role who will also be part of my team. Our account manager has increased confidence in our team, that's why we are able to win positions offshore. There are more projects coming in by May and as a preparation, we are planning to add 4 developers to our team on top of the current 5 developers. This in conjuction to the said hiring of project manager. We are just finalizing the scope and statement of work in order to proceed. I am proud to say that I am part of this growth. I started with this new account back December 2014 when we won this client contract. After about 150+ courses created last 2015 and about 30+ courses this 2016-Q1,bwe earned clients' confidence and trust to get more projects and roles from them which lead to our expansion. Aside from these achievements, part of my responsibilities are creating reports like forecasting and service level reports to be presented to lead project manager, account manager and client side leaders.
